The Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) Program provides one-time block grant funds to support regional coordination and expand or develop local capacity to address immediate homelessness challenges. HHAP funding is currently administered by the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and is allocated to three jurisdiction types for distribution: Continuums of Care, large cities and counties.

The SBDC Small Business Clinic offers business owners a no-cost opportunity to meet one-on-one with an SBDC consultant for a 30-minute session focused on immediate needs related to marketing, operations, or financial assessment. Following the initial meeting, each participant will be paired with a primary consultant for ongoing, no-cost support to help grow and expand their business.
