February 18, 2026: The Irvine Police Department received a 911 call reporting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity at a business near Bake Parkway and Toledo Way. Three adult females were taken into custody. City staff is in direct contact with the business owner and is providing information on available City of Irvine resources. At this time, the City is not aware of any other ICE enforcement activity within Irvine.

December 9, 2025: The City of Irvine is not aware of any additional enforcement activity since late July.
