Irvine residents are invited to join in for a Virtual Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, November 18, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. to discuss community travel needs around the Irvine Station.

Irvine Station Connects… is a City effort to understand the needs for multi-modal access to and from the Irvine Station to enhance connectivity for pedestrians, bicyclists, and transit users of all types within a 1-mile buffer of the Irvine Station.

Beginner and advanced players are invited to test their skills and compete in the Great Park Winter Chess Tournament. Players will be paired with their level for a chance to win trophies. Prepare for the tournament by signing up for one of the Great Park chess classes.

Registration is required at yourirvine.org (registration opens November 15). Ages 5–18.

On February 20, explore what is possible to grow around your own home. This class will inspire you to grow fresh food, herbal remedies, teas, and treats.
