By emergency declaration, the Irvine City Council has extended the closure of City facilities indefinitely. The Council also approved postponing this year’s Studio Arts Festival, scheduled for June 6, in consideration of economic uncertainty and to limit non-essential gatherings to help combat the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
