Bommer Canyon Preserve Cattle Camp

The Cattle Camp’s traditional reservation season is April–October.

Bommer Canyon Preserve Cattle Camp is available for the community to rent for parties, company picnics, weddings, and family reunions. Covered by a lush sycamore canopy, the newly restored Bommer Canyon Preserve maintains a modern yet rustic design and includes a major restoration of the Cattle Camp, featuring:

Turtle Rock Community Center

Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park

Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park's 42 acres feature a variety of athletic fields and courts, recreational areas, and playground amenities open to the public. Las Lomas Community Center

Las Lomas Community Center is a multi-use facility that offers a variety of classes for the community. It includes a multipurpose room, a small patio space, a warming kitchen, a craft room, two picnic shelters, and outdoor playground amenities. Cypress Community Center

Please note: Reservations are not available for the picnic tables throughout the park area; they are available on a first-come, first-served basis for groups of 49 or less patrons. Alcohol and vendors (e.g., caterers or entertainers) are not permitted.  

The Irvine Animal Care Center will be a host site of the NBC4 and Telemundo 52 Clear the Shelters Day on Saturday, Aug. 18, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. All pets will be adoptable for $20 that day. This is the third year that the City of Irvine has been a host site for the event. For more information, visit cleartheshelters.com
