Programs

The City of Irvine offers a variety of classes at Woodbury Community Center, including children's dance and music programs; kids sports such as basketball, soccer, and T-ball; and adult Pilates. For all programs and activities currently at Woodbury Community Center, visit yourirvine.org.

Available Facility Reservations

Multipurpose Room

Woodbury Community Center’s 1,960-square-foot multipurpose room features a carpeted floor and access to the courtyard. It can accommodate banquet- and theater-style seating, with an option for a dance area. Maximum room capacity ranges from 88 attendees using banquet-style seating to 108 attendees with theater seating. 

Kitchen

Woodbury Community Center's kitchen is available for reservations with add-on fee. No cooking of food is permitted. Prepared or catered food may be kept warm or cold by utilizing the kitchen amenities. No barbecuing permitted. 

Courtyard

Reservation of the Woodbury Community Center courtyard is dependent upon a multipurpose room reservation. Access to the courtyard requires an add-on fee and is subject to availability. Courtyard capacity is up to 20 attendees.


 

Picnic Shelters #1 & #2

Woodbury Community Center has two picnic shelters. Shelter #1 is located north of the building, next to the playground; Shelter #2 is south of the building, next to the basketball courts. Each shelter includes four tables and one barbecue. Maximum capacity is 75 people per shelter.

Reservation Fees & Hours

Woodbury Community Center's rooms are available for rent; hourly rates vary by room, group, and event type (see the Reservation Policy for more details). Please see the table below for a general overview of fees, or view a PDF version here. Reservations outside of regular operating hours may be subject to additional fees, noted below.

Kitchen $200 $40 additional charge per reservation day, in addition to multipurpose room reservation fees.

*A $20 additional hourly fee will be charged for reservations of premium rooms during primetime hours. Primetime hours are 5–9 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m.–10 p.m. Saturday, and noon–6 p.m. Sunday. Find more information on reservation hours and primetime fees here.

Please note: The above fees apply to room rental only. Events including alcohol will incur additional fees. Other needed services, such as security, porter service, or equipment rentals, are available with additional fees.
