A hardy, drought-tolerant succulent perennial prized for its vibrant orange flowers, grass-like foliage, and low maintenance. Native to South Africa, it thrives in hot climates and is commonly used in xeriscapes, borders, and containers.

Appearance

Foliage: Narrow, fleshy, bright green leaves grow in clumps, forming a soft, grass-like appearance. The leaves are semi-succulent and store water, making the plant highly drought-tolerant.

A standout ornamental grass prized for its striking seed heads and drought tolerance. A cultivar of the native Blue Grama grass, it is perfect for low-maintenance landscapes and adds unique visual interest with its distinctive, golden flower spikes.

A drought-tolerant, evergreen shrub native to coastal California. It's admired for its aromatic foliage and its adaptability to dry, sandy soils, often used in landscaping for its silvery-gray appearance and resistance to harsh conditions.

Appearance

Foliage: The leaves are narrow, deeply lobed, and covered in fine, silvery-white hairs, giving them a soft, grayish-green hue. The aromatic scent is released when the foliage is crushed, which is characteristic of many Artemisia species.

The Agave Moonshine is a captivating ornamental plant prized for its striking foliage. It is a a type of succulent native to arid and semi-arid regions of Mexico.

Appearance

Foliage: The plant features smooth, lance-shaped leaves with a stunning silvery-blue hue and faint golden undertones, giving it a "moonlit" appearance. The edges are lined with small, soft teeth and sometimes a subtle yellow margin.
Flowers: This compact agave typically grows 2-3 feet tall and wide and vary in colors due to seasons.

The November 5 General Municipal Election will be the City of Irvine’s first district-based election. Irvine will have 15 Vote Centers available for voters to cast their ballots, with three opening October 26.

Vote Center hours will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. October 26 through November 1.

Twelve additional Vote Centers will be open November 2–4 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

All Vote Centers will be open on Election Day, November 5, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
