In order to qualify for affordable housing, your gross annual household income must not exceed the income limits in the table below for each income category. These income limits are set by the California Department of Housing and Community Development and/or United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for Orange County and are updated on an annual basis.
Please note that although you may be income qualified, many properties require potential tenants to demonstrate they make 2.5 times the monthly rent. Should an affordable unit become available, leasing will contact you to go over your income documentation and determine whether you are eligible.
