Los Olivos (PA 39) General Plan Amendment and Zone Change for Residential Development

PROJECT LOCATION
Proposed development is to occur on a 10-acre vacant site located at the southeast corner of Encanto and Dana and on a 17.53-acre vacant site located at the northwest corner of Alfonso and Dana in Planning Area 39.
REQUEST
Project Applicant has submitted General Plan Amendment (GPA) and Zone Change (ZC) applications to increase the residential development intensity in the village of Los Olivos, Planning Area 39 for development of up to 670 dwelling units (600 apartments and 70 condominiums). The Zone Change application will also change the zoning designation of the 10-acre site from 2.4 (Medium-High Density Residential) to 2.4H (Medium-High Density Residential).
