Programs

The City of Irvine, in collaboration with Community Action Partnership of Orange County, is offering free grocery food boxes to residents of all ages. Eligible residents will receive a box of food weighing approximately 30 pounds once a month. The box contains a variety of dried beans, fresh produce, canned and frozen vegetables, fruit/vegetable juice, meat (when available), poultry, fish, nuts, milk, cheese, rice, cereal, and pasta

Grocery Food Box

The City of Irvine, in collaboration with Community Health Initiative of Orange County (CHIOC), is now offering affordable health insurance and social services enrollment clinics. Make an appointment today to receive one-on-one assistance to review qualifications and applying for CalFresh or WIC (Women, Infants, and Children). Enrollment dates are scheduled for the third Thursday of every month.

CalFresh 

Income qualified residents may be eligible to receive assistance paying for utility bills and received reduced rates. The City of Irvine, in collaboration with Community Action Partnership of Orange County, is now offering enrollment into utility assistance programs.
