Friends of Outreach is a non-profit, 501 (c) 3, all volunteer, Irvine based organization that helps support the City of Irvine senior outreach programs. The organization conducts service projects, fund-raising programs and weekly social activities at Lakeview Senior Center. Activities are open to all, community members are encouraged to join, participate and make friends while serving a worthy cause. Do you crochet, knit or want to learn? Bring your skills to the group. Crafters create scarves, blankets, hats, and other handcrafted items. All items are available for sale with proceeds donated to support of senior programs.

Crochet-teers
Bring projects to work on in a fun, social atmosphere. You will learn basic terminology and introductory stitches and improve your skills with help from volunteer instructors. Participants must bring their own supplies.

Following each general meeting, Friends of Outreach will host a fundraiser at a local restaurant. A percentage of your food purchase will go back to support Friends of Outreach.
