The Jewelry Studio is equipped with jewelry casting and fabricating equipment including casting centrifuge, burnout ovens, torches, hydraulic press, polishing and finishing machines. Jewelry Open Studio includes participants actively working in three areas – casting, enameling, and fabrication. The Open Studio Refresher class covers studio etiquette, safe usage and practices with IFAC equipment. NOTE: Successful completion of the Jewelry Refresher class and quiz does not include Casting Certification.
The City operates and maintains this radio station to better provide effective emergency communication to motorist and residents. This station broadcasts throughout Irvine 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can provide real-time emergency information including: evacuations, road closures, emergency services and shelter during situations such as earthquakes, fires, power outages or other disasters. This exciting program provides an opportunity for youngsters to play and learn on the court with Mom and Dad in a comforting, nurturing environment focusing on tennis skills, fitness, friends and fun!

Saturdays at 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. or 8:30 a.m.-9 a.m.
Private lessons allow for an individual experience with a City of Irvine tennis professional. A personal lesson gives players an opportunity to improve their skills at a higher level. Semi private lessons of two people are also available.
The days and times listed on yourirvine.org are incorrect. The tennis professional and client will agree upon a time in which the private lesson will take place. Please arrange the time with the instructor prior to registering for the lesson.

Kindy Cove
This recreation-based program* is available for children enrolled in Kindergarten (children must be four years nine months old). Open until 2:30 p.m. daily, Kindy Cove offers flexible schedules for parents, an easy registration process, and a transportation option. Program includes age-appropriate activities in a fun and safe environment. Children will participate in hands-on enrichment activities including games, crafts, and a ton of fun!

Children come with many types of health and developmental needs. All early care and education centers are expected to make every effort to accommodate children with special needs. There are many resources available to support families in finding quality care and education programs, to support teachers and caregivers including a child with special needs, and to link children who have or may have a disability with intervention services.
