Library service within the City of Irvine is provided by the Orange County Public Library system, a network of 34 branches providing various services to residents throughout Orange County. At its July 23, 2024, meeting, the Irvine City Council approved the transition of library services from the County of Orange to the City of Irvine. Simply fax the filled-out Application, Quantity Take-Off Sheet, Data Sheet(s), Recycling and Diversion of Construction and Demolition Waste and OCFA Screening Form to 949-724-6420.
