The City partners with Irvine Ranch Conservancy, a non-profit, non-advocacy organization, to manage and provide public access to the Irvine Open Space Preserve. The Conservancy offers nature enthusiasts a wide variety of free self-guided and docent-led outdoor programs including hiking, mountain biking, equestrian, interpretive, stewardship and much more. 

Disability Services provides information, referrals, and linkage to supportive services for Irvine residents. The information below is organized by service category and is not intended to be all-inclusive. The City’s Disability Services program provides social recreational programs, support services and advocacy for person with disabilities, their caregivers and providers who live or work in Irvine. Services include social events, access reporting, sensitivity training, resources and referrals, inclusion and accommodations.

Solar installations must comply with the:

  • City's Adopted Building and Fire Codes
  • City's Zoning Code- Chapter 3-31
  • Homeowner Association Approval (residential) - if applicable
