How Does it Work?
Step One: Sign Up
Sign up by April 1 to receive your first Fitness Challenge Card, which will keep track of the workouts and fitness classes you participate in. Registration required at yourirvine.org.
Step Two: Complete Fitness Challenge Cards
From April 3–May 15, get your card stamped after every workout or fitness class you attend at one of the City's three senior centers. After you fill up a Fitness Challenge Card, go to the front desk of any senior center to receive additional cards. Complete as many cards as you can by May 15. (Participants are encouraged to consult their physician before altering their fitness routine.)
Step Three: Attend the Fitness Challenge Social
On Thursday, May 21, 10–11:30 a.m. at Rancho Senior Center, attend the Fitness Challenge Social. Guests will hear a motivational presentation, enjoy light refreshments, and socialize with other participants. You will also turn in your completed Fitness Challenge Cards to be entered into a drawing. The more completed cards you have, the more chances to win! Must be present to win. Separate registration required in-person or at yourirvine.org.
