Civic Center West

Civic Center West is a City of Irvine facility located within the Irvine’s Business Complex and surrounded by a variety of office, commercial, and service-oriented businesses. The facility features a versatile multipurpose room, two meeting rooms, and a kitchen, and is designed to support community gatherings, meetings, and City operations. Civic Center West Facility Reservations

Multipurpose Room

Civic Center West’s multipurpose room is 3,238 square feet and features vinyl plank flooring and utilizes black mesh chairs to accommodate banquet seating with 60-inch round tables, classroom-style seating with 6-foot conference tables, or theater-style seating. Maximum capacity for the room ranges from 80-160 attendees, depending on setup.

Meeting Room 1

Civic Center West’s meeting room 1 is 706 square feet and features carpeted flooring and utilizes black mesh chairs to accommodate theater style seating or classroom seating with 6-foot rectangular tables. Maximum capacity for the room ranges from 22-38 attendees, depending on setup.

Meeting Room 2

Civic Center West’s meeting room 2 is 337 square feet and features carpeted flooring and utilizes black mesh chairs to accommodate a U-shape set up for 10 or a fixed conference style for 12.

 

Kitchen

The kitchen is available with multipurpose room reservation and requires an add-on fee. No cooking of food is permitted. Prepared or catered food may be kept cold by utilizing the kitchen amenities which includes a refrigerator and freezer. No barbecuing permitted. 

Policies & Fees

The City of Irvine Community Services Reservation Policy is established to ensure that the use of City facilities and parks aligns with City values, provides fair access to all users, remains fair priced, operates in a fiscally responsible manner, and supports a safe and sustainable community.

The Community Facilities Reservation Policy and Community Facility Fees will detail the category rates and permit hours for each site, and identify additional fees for events requiring alcohol service, filming, or equipment rentals.
